Shipping policy
Bellarui LLC currently ships only to supported addresses within the United States. We do not offer delivery outside the United States. Available services and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Preparation and delivery
Please allow up to 7 business days for order preparation and dispatch, followed by an estimated delivery period of up to 8 business days after dispatch. Allow approximately up to 15 business days overall under normal conditions.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Preparation includes processing, preparing, and packaging your products. Transit begins when the order is dispatched. A faster shipping service does not shorten preparation time unless expressly stated. Any different product-specific preparation estimate will be disclosed before purchase.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and customs clearance, where applicable, may affect arrival. These circumstances do not remove your rights under applicable law.
Availability for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and military addresses depends on the services offered at checkout.
Shipping charges and tracking
Shipping charges and available methods are shown at checkout. Free-shipping offers apply only under their stated conditions.
Once your order ships, we will email tracking information. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package. If your package has not arrived within the estimated period, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number.
Some U.S. orders may originate outside the United States. Any import charges payable by you will be disclosed before purchase.
Dispatch delays
If we cannot dispatch within the timeframe stated when you ordered, we will notify you, explain the delay, provide a revised shipment estimate when available, and explain your option to cancel unshipped items for a refund.
We will obtain your agreement to a delay when required by law. If required consent is not received or we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the affected unshipped items and promptly refund the amounts paid for them, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, as required by law. Required refunds will not be limited to store credit.
Address changes and cancellations
Please check your address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly through our Contact Us page to request a correction or cancellation. We will try to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once preparation or shipping has progressed. This does not limit cancellation rights provided by law.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you about available options. We will disclose any proposed reshipping charge for your agreement before arranging another shipment.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly through our Contact Us page if your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging if available.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery location and with household members or building staff, then contact us. We will investigate, work with the carrier where appropriate, and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law. You are not required to resolve the matter solely with the carrier.
Returns and assistance
For a return after delivery, contact us through our Contact Us page for instructions. Do not send products to the address on a shipping label without first obtaining return instructions.
